Symptomatic Treatment/Complications:

Indication for intubation: VC<20mg/kg, or NIF less negative -30
Always stop pyridostigmine after intubation to reduce secretions and re-introduce after successful extubation and dysphagia resolves.
Give good chest PT and bronchodilator treatment.
Follow VC/NIF

Predictors of extubation failure and re intubation: lower VC, atelectasis, and BiPAP need at extubation.
