Presentation:
Symptoms typically reach nadir within 4 weeks
- Symmetric muscle weakness (typically ascending; 10% begin in UE)
- Areflexia
- Paresthesias (seen in ~80%)
- Dysautonomia (seen in ~70%, most often tachycardia, can include b/b issues)
- Pain (~70% have back or extremity pain)
- Facial weakness (~50%)
- Oculomotor weakness (~5%, associated with Miller Fisher variant)
