Refractory Status Epilepticus (third therapy phase)
- Will require intubation & continuous EEG monitoring
- Propofol 2-5 mg/kg IV followed by infusion of 2 - 10 mg/kg/hr
- Midazolam 0.2 mg/kg IV followed by infusion of 0.05 - 2 mg/kg/hr
- Ketamine 0.5-3mg/kg IV followed by infusion of 0.3 - 4 mg/kg/hr
